What you will do

• Provide day-to-day legal support and strategic advice to business stakeholders worldwide.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including software licensing, marketing, and vendor contracts.
• Advise on employment law matters and support HR and management on employee-related issues.
• Provide guidance on privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Support corporate governance and general corporate legal matters.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and coordinate legal projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in Israel.
• 5–8+ years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Experience in a leading law firm or as an in-house lawyer in a global technology company.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial and technology transactions.
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
