hirify.global is a direct-to-consumer platform enabling app publishers to sell digital goods directly to users and bypass app store commissions.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Ensure product-related compliance and implement data protection frameworks.
• Support equity financing rounds, including due diligence and cap table management.
• Oversee corporate governance, Board matters, and global subsidiary maintenance.
• Design and improve scalable legal templates and workflows to support company efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leading law firm or in-house at a technology company.
• License to practice law in Israel.
• Native-level proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• Proven experience advising on data privacy matters, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage negotiations end-to-end.

• Knowledge of employment law.
• Interest or experience in AI-related legal considerations.
