What you will do

• Rebuild and optimize the trial-to-paid onboarding email sequence to improve activation and conversion.
• Analyze the first seven days of the user journey, identify gaps, and accelerate the product “aha moment.”
• Develop automated onboarding communications that encourage regular product usage and highlight features, setup steps, and available apps.
• Launch lifecycle campaigns for reactivation, subscription upsells, and at-risk user retention.
• Replace manual trigger communications and one-off promotions with scalable automated flows.
• Partner with analytics, content, and design teams to implement tracking, dashboards, personalization, AI-assisted workflows, and channel strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience focused on lifecycle, promotional, and automated trigger campaigns.
• Demonstrated success improving trial-to-paid conversion and lifecycle metrics in product-led environments.
• Experience with email service providers and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong data-driven approach, including defining metrics, setting goals, building dashboards, and working with analytics teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools for content generation, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher and fluent Ukrainian required.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2C SaaS or e-commerce subscription products.
• Experience testing experimental content formats and new communication approaches.
• Strong collaboration skills with content writers, designers, and analysts.
