What you will do

• Identify and develop relationships with creators in the Active Lifestyle (Fitness) playground to build brand trust.
• Build genuine connections to integrate opinion leaders into authentic brand projects and activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sports, Brand, and Field Marketing teams to develop annual initiatives.
• Produce and deliver marketing tools in strict alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and report on the performance and ROI of creator marketing initiatives.
• Manage budget tracking and develop commercial business cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with influencers, creators, or high-profile talent.
• Experience in FMCG, media, or a related industry.
• University degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications preferred.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
• Experience negotiating with and evaluating external agencies.
• Must be qualified to work in Australia.
