What you will do

• Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring strong financial performance, disciplined forecasting, and sustainable growth.
• Define and execute long-term business strategy, competitive positioning, and annual priorities aligned with market trends.
• Oversee end-to-end operations including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, R&D, and service functions.
• Drive product and innovation roadmaps to deliver high-value sterile drug product solutions to customers.
• Represent the business externally with global customers, regulatory bodies, and key opinion leaders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global leadership team, fostering accountability and innovation.

Requirements

• 10–20+ years of experience in sterile drug product manufacturing, biologics, or aseptic filling operations.
• Proven executive leadership experience within CDMOs or pharmaceutical drug product organizations.
• Strong expertise in aseptic processing, isolator technologies, and Annex 1 compliance (GMP).
• Demonstrated track record of full P&L ownership and cross-functional operational leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet international travel requirements.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in advanced modalities such as gene therapy, viral vectors, mRNA, or ADCs.
