What you will do

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for RF devices, body scanners, and frequency amplifiers.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, including installation, configuration, and commissioning.
• Perform technical training for QPS and BBA systems.
• Manage incidents and ensure Warranty and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with international R&S locations and specialized engineering teams for complex resolutions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Telecommunications or a similar field.
• Knowledge of wireless radiocommunication devices (V/UHF-HF).
• Understanding of basic IP and networking principles.
• English proficiency level B2/C1 required.
• High availability to travel.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Defense environments.
• Hands-on field experience in the electronics sector and customer management.
• Experience coordinating multi-site service campaigns or leading small technical teams.
• Programming skills for test applications in any commercial software language.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
