What you will do

• Install, commission, and test single machines and complete production lines at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and automated machines.
• Execute technical diagnostics and collaborate with internal support teams to propose corrective actions.
• Administrate equipment upgrades, including both hardware and software updates.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Train client operators and maintenance technicians on efficient equipment handling.

Requirements

• Technical degree in automation, mechatronics, electrotechnics, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency for working within a multicultural team.
• Willingness to travel extensively (often more than 90% of the time) and adapt to international environments.
• Strong technical curiosity and a customer service mindset.
• Field experience is preferred, but strong motivation to learn on the job is accepted.
