PCB Engineer for Electronics Equipment (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid position based in Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain. Includes up to 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside the usual geographical area. A relocation package is available for candidates from other countries.

What you will do

• Design detailed schematics and contribute to the selection of high-reliability electronic components.
• Support the full life cycle of printed circuit boards, from design through manufacturing and verification.
• Develop and verify boards and hardware processing instruments for spacecraft, satellites, and space vehicles.
• Perform PCB inspections, verify results, and prepare technical reports.
• Apply systems engineering, thermal analysis, power analysis, and hardware design practices.

Requirements

• Degree in electronic engineering.
• Previous experience in PCB design and manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of electronics, including component and material evaluation.
• Knowledge of systems engineering and analysis, schematic design, and high-speed and mixed-signal electronic circuits.

Nice to have

• Experience with Altium and SolidWorks.
• Experience with thermal and power analysis.
• Previous hardware design experience.
