Location: Sant Joan Despí, Spain. Hybrid (3 days of remote work)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for products to both internal teams and external clients.
• Define project specifications based on client needs and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Determine product configurations, estimate costs and deadlines, and manage final approvals.
• Establish and verify the efficiency of production circuits to ensure quality and safety.
• Monitor early production stages to guarantee compliance with client requirements and security criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales to promote products through technical presentations and market analysis.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in a similar process support or technical engineering position.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to work in an international team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high orientation to detail.
