What you will do

• Install, modify, and troubleshoot hirify.global and 3rd party DR and CR imaging products.
• Perform on-site and remote repairs and replace faulty components.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to company procedures.
• Conduct customer training and provide technical support to users and internal teams.
• Collaborate with R&D and HQ for problem solving and risk analysis.
• Identify and report up-selling opportunities for hirify.global services and products.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical, or Mechatronics.
• At least 3 years of experience in installing and maintaining medical devices, specifically X-ray/DR systems.
• Native-level Spanish (C2) and English (B2).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel daily within Spain and occasionally across Europe.
• Proficiency in networking, remote diagnosis software, and Windows 7/10.
• Ability to perform fault-finding on basic electronics to component level.

Nice to have

• X-Ray operator license.
• Project Management skills.
• Proficiency in Valencian or Catalan.
