What you will do

• Construct backend systems, write production code, and handle deployments for industry-leading game projects.
• Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to estimate and prioritize features.
• Iterate on technical solutions with peers to meet project requirements.
• Maintain and expand existing codebases while developing new features or systems.
• Promote high engineering standards through testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Support team members in day-to-day technical tasks.

Requirements

• Commercial experience developing server backends for AAA, free-to-play mobile, or casino games with high concurrent user counts.
• Production proficiency in at least one of: Java, Golang, C#, C++, or Kotlin.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), preferably with AWS Certification.
• Knowledge of distributed applications and database experience (SQL and NoSQL).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and source control (Git or Perforce).
• Must be based in the UK or EU.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microservices, SOA, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience building and using CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to use LLMs and Gen AI for processing data and code generation.
