What you will do

• Own moderately complex backend features and services in Go on GCP from design through production.
• Write clean, tested, production-ready code and continuously improve existing implementations.
• Develop data ingestion and validation workflows for handling unstructured enterprise data.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving direct, constructive feedback.
• Contribute to infrastructure and configuration management using Terraform.
• Support operational health through observability tooling, documentation, and on-call preparation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend fundamentals: data structures, APIs, databases, and systems thinking.
• Experience with Go or strong proficiency in another statically typed language with a willingness to learn Go.
• Experience with GCP or other major cloud platforms.
• Must be based in the US, Canada, or UK.
• Interest in data pipelines, validation logic, or workflow systems.
