What you will do

• Assist in competitive projects and engage with customers to differentiate hirify.global from other vendors to win deals.
• Co-lead initiatives to develop scalable tools, templates, and best practice assets for global GTM teams.
• Translate customers' business challenges into tailored solutions within the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Product Management, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy.
• Develop deep industry expertise in trust intelligence, consulting, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Technology & Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in management consulting, solution engineering, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support an office-first culture (3 days/week in office).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage complex problems with a data-driven mindset and structured approach.
• Availability: 40h/week for at least 6 months starting July 6, 2026.
