What you will do

• Lead the safe and efficient delivery of construction works across designated project packages.
• Support early works, mobilization, and establishment of site infrastructure, including camps and facilities.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project standards, schedule, and budget.
• Drive a strong safety culture aligned with project and client expectations.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve site-based issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering large-scale resource, infrastructure, or major projects in Australia.
• Capability in managing site-based teams and contractors, ideally within remote or FIFO environments.
• Experience with complex processing plants, mining, or critical minerals projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Australia.
