What you will do

• Review project tender requests and provide accurate pricing for commercial doors and frames.
• Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to determine correct product requirements.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from registration and quoting to manufacturing and delivery.
• Coordinate subcontracted site installations and manage associated costs.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and specifiers to drive sales and market share.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Requirements

• Experience in administration and management of construction projects involving metal door frames and fire doors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and personal computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Location: Must be based on-site in Clontarf, QLD
