Location: Must be based in Brazil (100% Remote)

What you will do

• Produce and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop high-converting video advertisements for paid media channels including Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Repurpose podcasts, webinars, and interviews into multiple high-performing video formats.
• Enhance content using motion graphics, transitions, animations, and sound design to maximize retention.
• Build and manage structured monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to generate videos, avatars, voiceovers, and visual assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing or multimedia production within digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content or advertising campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or Sora.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1) for international collaboration.
• Must be based in Brazil.
