What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of film production from concept development to final delivery.
• Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content including interviews and campaign films.
• Manage production logistics, including location setup, equipment, and on-site coordination.
• Execute end-to-end post-production using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Partner with senior stakeholders to manage feedback cycles, approvals, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with global teams in London and New York to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK or able to work from the London office.
• Proven experience in end-to-end film production, including directing, camera operation, and lighting.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro and After Effects).
• Strong organizational skills for managing project files, assets, and complex production workflows.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing feedback in a governed brand environment.
• Ability to work independently across global time zones and collaborate with distributed teams.

• Experience using Frame.io and Workfront.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled film and design tooling.
• Stills photography experience.
• Digital design capability.
