What you will do

• Own the end-to-end editing process for educational, marketing, and short/long-form content.
• Produce 100-140 high-impact videos per month with minimal oversight.
• Create advanced motion graphics, kinetic typography, and polished transitions to elevate brand feel and retention.
• Develop conversion-focused ad creatives designed to stop the scroll and drive sales across platforms.
• Maintain and improve brand guidelines and templates to ensure consistent, premium output.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of professional video editing experience (freelance, agency, or in-house).
• Advanced motion graphics ability, including typography animation and clean design execution.
• English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) proficiency required.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Nice to have

• Experience in EdTech or creating educational content.
• Familiarity with content styles tailored for the US market.
• Experience with After Effects and editing automation workflows.
