What you will do

• Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and XHS.
• Craft visually engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling flow to increase watch time.
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and visual effects to enhance content impact.
• Collaborate with Creative, Social Media, and Marketing teams to execute campaign concepts and content calendars.
• Research and monitor social media trends and competitor content to identify new creative directions.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure all outputs meet platform-specific technical specifications.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in short-form video editing or social media content production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
• A showreel or portfolio of short-form social content.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be based in the UK.
