Senior Software Engineer - NCX (Python)

Senior Software Engineer - NCX (Python/Go/JS): Improving the end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the hirify.global platform with an accent on discovery, evaluation, and onboarding. Focus on building Python services, GraphQL gateways, and managing infrastructure via Terraform on GCP.

Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote or Hybrid in Vancouver). Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: 115,400 - 144,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Improve the end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the platform.
• Develop and maintain Python services and a GraphQL gateway.
• Work on authentication and authorization systems using Auth0.
• Manage infrastructure with Terraform on Google Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to revamp customer discovery and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, GoLang, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Must be based in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
