What you will do

• Execute operational management of digital channels, including content updates, partner link governance, and configuration management.
• Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards tracking traffic, conversion, and revenue per partner to surface actionable insights.
• Support commercial negotiations by preparing partner briefings, competitive price analyses, and follow-up communications.
• Manage daily communication cadence with external brand partners in Brazil and the US.
• Coordinate with Legal, Engineering, and Marketing teams to monitor task dependencies and flag timeline risks.
• Utilize generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini) daily for task automation, reporting, and structured documentation.

Requirements

• Must reside in São Paulo, Brazil, and be available to work in a hybrid office model.
• Previous experience in commercial operations, e-commerce, digital partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and building independent business reports.
• Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Proven experience using generative AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage workload independently.
