What you will do

• Coordinate strategic projects and priority initiatives across Content, Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams.
• Lead follow-up meetings with leadership, managing agendas, action items, and executive reports.
• Monitor and manage company OKRs, supporting leaders in setting and tracking quarterly objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations detailing performance results and key metrics for senior management.
• Design and implement new planning processes and operational routines to improve efficiency.
• Manage communication frameworks and relationships with strategic distribution partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in strategic planning, project management, or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be available to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo.
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management and OKR methodologies.
• Background in media, sports, entertainment, or digital business sectors.
