What you will do

  • Configure email channel capabilities for both new and existing clients.
  • Manage client IP pools to ensure timely assignments and meet setup target times.
  • Establish and maintain technical documentation, including best practices, compliance playbooks, and ESP-specific guides.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams, Product, Sales, RevOps, and email partners on program logistics.
  • Manage a personal ticket queue to ensure regular turnover and completion of setups.
  • Provide input for tooling to improve the email setup process.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an operational role with a technical product, ideally within SaaS, mobile, or marketing automation.
  • Experience with direct customer contact and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn complicated systems and manual processes quickly.
  • Must be based in São Paulo for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the hirify.global ecosystem.
  • Experience with SparkPost and/or SendGrid email systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Looker, Tray.io, FinancialForce, Slackbots, or PagerDuty.
