What you will do

• Analyze and approach technical problems, adapting solutions under limited supervision.
• Provide remote escalation support and document problem resolutions.
• Advise and support customer technical personnel in complex repairs and maintenance.
• Plan and execute complex procedures, ensuring availability of parts and tools.
• Lead training sessions and develop training materials for engineers and customers.
• Contribute to process optimization and coach junior engineers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with relevant experience.
• Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and semiconductor processes.
• Experience with computer applications including data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
