What you will do
- Manage a customer portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure long-term retention.
- Drive revenue performance and close national account sales within the assigned territory.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Increase product adoption through strategic success plans and regular business reviews.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks through data-driven health monitoring.
- Collaborate with Sales to uncover expansion and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of reducing churn and driving account growth in enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Experience working with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven approach to customer health and lifecycle management.
- Availability to appear onsite for the recruitment process and interviews.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Tax, Financial, or Legal customers.
