What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients to resolve technology and analytics issues.
  • Drive technology adoption by educating clients and internal users on tool usage and best practices.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline problem resolution.
  • Proactively monitor, triage, and prioritize client-reported issues using ticketing systems like JIRA.
  • Synthesize user feedback to inform product management on future analytics and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Required experience in healthcare or health IT environments.
  • Minimum 5+ years in Customer Success, Implementation Specialist, or similar enterprise SaaS support roles.
  • Proficiency with web-based platforms, API integrations, and analytics tools like Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of managing client expectations and coordinating multiple issues to resolution.
