What you will do

• Develop, edit, and maintain step-by-step installation SOPs for fleet safety hardware, including cameras, sensors, and GPS modules.
• Create clean, single-line black-and-white vector graphics based on 3D models or photos to support installation steps.
• Document best practices for hardware mounting, cable routing, and wiring integrations (e.g., OBDII, Molex).
• Design and optimize technical documentation templates and request forms to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Success teams and field engineers to ensure accuracy of technical bulletins and troubleshooting memos.
• Conduct field visits to industrial environments to document vehicle installation procedures and issues.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Diego, CA and available for field work in industrial environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use Snagit 2024 or newer.
• Experience using AI tools like Google Gemini and Nano Banana for image generation.
