• Perform fact-checking and verify statistics using standard references.
• Provide developmental editing to guide authors on utility and consumability.
• Manage editorial changes and reviews within a content management system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflow processes and quality controls.
• Train authors on publishing requirements and editorial style.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of editorial experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be within commutable distance to Irving, TX or Fort Myers, FL.
• Excellent English language skills in editing and writing.
• Proven ability to manage projects and juggle a diverse workload.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or Liberal Arts (or equivalent experience).
