What you will do

• Own the end-to-end capacity planning process, including intake, triage, prioritization, and fulfillment tracking.
• Translate customer commitments and sales pipelines into concrete GPU demand forecasts across regions, types, and timelines.
• Partner with Finance to model capacity scenarios and support strategic CapEx decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Sales, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to resolve capacity conflicts.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility into capacity health and risk exposure.
• Identify and resolve recurring operational gaps in the capacity lifecycle to improve reliability and reduce toil.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or a similarly analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills for demand forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of distilling ambiguity into clear recommendations for leadership.
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in San Francisco

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, cloud platforms, or the AI/ML ecosystem.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments (Series B+).
• Exposure to vendor or partner management within hardware or cloud contexts.
