Salary: $216K – $240K + Equity

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from initial design to final handover.
• Oversee complex retrofits and large-scale buildouts (100k - 1M sqft), ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Handle capital budget planning, variance tracking, and detailed financial reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate, Corporate Security, IT, and Finance teams.
• Manage external vendors, architects, and general contractors to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of design and construction processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering commercial interiors and workplace environments.
• Proven track record managing tenant improvement (TI) projects in hyper-scaling tech companies.
• Background in architecture, interior design, or construction project management.
• Deep expertise in construction budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different geographies.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
