What you will do

• Design and implement CI/CD pipeline infrastructure using GitHub Actions and Argo Rollouts to optimize developer velocity.
• Build and maintain internal developer tooling, SDKs, and self-service platform capabilities on Kubernetes (EKS) and GitOps workflows.
• Own infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Atmos across multiple AWS accounts.
• Collaborate with developers and operations engineers to define safe production deployment guidelines.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on cloud-native development and AI engineering practices.
• Contribute to incident response by building AI-driven tooling for detection, triage, and prevention.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software or platform engineering, with at least 2 years in infrastructure- or tooling-focused roles.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
• Proficiency in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Harness, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Atmos).
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Java.

Nice to have

• Daily proficiency with AI agents like Claude Code or Copilot.
• Experience building or deploying AI-powered automation in a production context.
