What you will do

• Build and operate secure, multi-tenant internal developer platform services integrated with CI/CD, test infrastructure, and developer portals.
• Improve pre-production and performance testing by modeling realistic workloads and automating scale/regression tests.
• Evaluate and productionize AI-assisted developer workflows, such as triage assistants and intelligent test selection.
• Deliver projects end-to-end, from framing problems and writing design docs to implementation and rollout.
• Mentor junior engineers through design and code reviews and participate in on-call rotations and incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building cloud services or large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in at least one statically typed language (e.g., Java, Go) and a scripting language (e.g., Python).
• Experience with DevOps tooling, including CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered developer tools in production environments.
