What you will do

• Operate at the intersection of partnerships, growth, operations, and strategy.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with healthcare organizations, referral sources, and provider groups.
• Own partnership initiatives end-to-end, from sourcing and qualification through launch and optimization.
• Analyze partnership performance to improve growth, conversion, and operational efficiency.
• Define new processes, workflows, and technologies to solve complex scaling challenges.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and business leaders to build the operational foundation for nationwide growth.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be excited to work in-person in New York City 5 days a week
• 2+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business operations, consulting, growth, or healthcare.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ownership mindset with a strong bias for action.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
