Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Drive execution for priority Platform Engineering initiatives including AWS, CI/CD, and observability.
• Own project planning, including the creation and maintenance of timelines and RAID logs.
• Translate technical work into clear project plans and stakeholder-facing status updates.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams, ensuring work is accurately tracked in Jira.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Program Managers to optimize delivery flow and ceremonies.
• Ensure all project deliveries are accompanied by completed documentation and playbooks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship.
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management supporting infrastructure, cloud, or platform teams.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Jira and Confluence for project tracking and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage technology projects with multiple owners, milestones, and complex dependencies.
• Technical fluency in SRE, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for producing executive-ready project summaries.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology or healthcare SaaS.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, or other regulated technology environments.
