What you will do

• Develop AI enemies, player objectives, and core systems including navigation, perception, and behavior.
• Create and balance active and passive player items and inter-match upgrades.
• Review content across disciplines to ensure competitive readability and best-in-class game feel.
• Design and maintain characters consistent with IP quality and sandbox principles.
• Collaborate with audio, VFX, and animation teams to clear up gameplay affordances.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of second-to-second action game mechanics and player psychology.
• Technical scripting ability for rapid prototyping of gameplay ideas.
• Expertise in combat animation, including anticipation, timing, and impact on readability.
• Experience in PvP game design and systemic balance for diverse situations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
