• Create character concepts and develop playtestable prototypes through kitbashing existing assets.
• Manage character production, including tuning, polishing, and writing shippable scripts.

• Ensure high-quality releases via rigorous bug fixing and thematic balancing.
• Iterate on multiple components of Apex Legends and provide high-quality feedback during frequent playtests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a game designer on multiplayer games.
• Proven expertise in rapid prototyping and iterative design.
• Deep understanding of game feel, polish, and 3D action game fundamentals.
• Solid technical knowledge of scripting.
• Strong track record in design and balance for live-service games.
