• Rapidly transform ideas into playable prototypes (MVPs).
• Utilize AI tools (LLMs, AI agents, automation) as a core productivity driver to accelerate development and iteration.
• Execute fast hypothesis-validation loops: build, test, iterate, or discard.
• Coordinate AI-powered development workflows across 2D, 3D, and engineering functions.
• Analyze internal playtesting results and refine game design accordingly.

Requirements

• Professional experience in mobile game development.
• Strong ability to create simple and intuitive high-performing gameplay mechanics.
