What you will do

• Build new AI enemies, player objectives, and core systems including navigation, perception, and behavior.
• Create and balance active and passive player items that serve as meaningful inter-match upgrades.
• Review cross-discipline content to ensure competitive readability and best-in-class game feel.
• Develop endearing characters that uphold IP quality and sandbox design principles.
• Collaborate with audio, effects, 3D, and animation teams to clarify gameplay affordances for players.

Requirements

• Deep intuitive understanding of second-to-second action game mechanics.
• Strong technical scripting ability and T-shaped prototyping skills to evaluate gameplay ideas.
• Experience with combat animation, including anticipation, follow-through, and timing.
• Proven understanding of PvP game design and balance for diverse scenarios.
• Must be eligible for US-based employment (401k and US benefits provided).
