What you will do
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, focusing on their professional growth and consistent high-level performance.
- Partner with global commercial leadership to align on strategy, support pipeline growth, and drive revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to establish continuous feedback loops.
- Recruit and onboard top Sales Engineering talent with a focus on cultural alignment.
- Ensure the delivery of impactful product demonstrations, technical discovery, and solution positioning that articulate business value.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer situations and provide hands-on support for strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams within a SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Experience supporting upsell and cross-sell motions for an existing customer base.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
