What you will do
- Serve as a strategic TA advisor to business leaders, aligning hiring strategy with revenue targets and customer commitments.
- Own end-to-end TA outcomes across professional, early career, and executive recruiting for assigned accounts.
- Lead high-priority growth campaigns, specifically focusing on agentic AI, mainframe modernization, and forward deployed engineering.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Workforce Solutions to provide a unified talent narrative for the business.
- Anticipate talent demand and identify pipeline risks early to ensure hiring is never a barrier to growth.
- Utilize market intelligence and RPO delivery models to refine TA strategies and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or HR within large, complex global organizations.
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency required for direct communication with Japanese stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a senior TA advisor to executive-level business leaders.
- Deep understanding of the full TA continuum, including executive and early career hiring.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate TA data into clear business narratives.
- Must be based in Singapore.
