What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic TA advisor to business leaders, aligning hiring strategy with revenue targets and customer commitments.
  • Own end-to-end TA outcomes across professional, early career, and executive recruiting for assigned accounts.
  • Lead high-priority growth campaigns, specifically focusing on agentic AI, mainframe modernization, and forward deployed engineering.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Workforce Solutions to provide a unified talent narrative for the business.
  • Anticipate talent demand and identify pipeline risks early to ensure hiring is never a barrier to growth.
  • Utilize market intelligence and RPO delivery models to refine TA strategies and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or HR within large, complex global organizations.
  • Business-level Japanese language proficiency required for direct communication with Japanese stakeholders.
  • Proven experience as a senior TA advisor to executive-level business leaders.
  • Deep understanding of the full TA continuum, including executive and early career hiring.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate TA data into clear business narratives.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
