What you will do

• Lead and deliver executive searches across global functions for Director-level roles and above.
• Partner with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners to align search strategies with business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end search process including role scoping, sourcing, market mapping, and offer support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding talent market trends and competitor insights.
• Collaborate with the global Executive TA team to evolve tools, processes, and market intelligence.
• Support succession planning and talent pipelining for critical business roles.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in executive or senior-level search across diverse functions.
• Proven track record of success in hiring Director and above roles.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders in complex, global organizations.
• Strong understanding of executive-level hiring dynamics and talent landscapes.
• English fluency required.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-quality environments.
