What you will do
- Provide HR advisory to senior leadership on human capital matters and support people-related planning and decision-making.
- Advise and coach line managers to ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements across the employee life-cycle.
- Support HR strategy implementation, including workforce management, succession planning, talent management, and low performer processes.
- Manage recruitment activities: sourcing channels, assessment of shortlisted candidates, hiring approvals, and proposing hiring terms aligned with compensation philosophy and benchmarks.
- Partner on performance management and compensation processes, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, PIP support, and compensation reviews.
- Handle staff issues and disciplinary matters, including conducting fact-finding sessions, and lead or contribute to internal HR projects.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a banking environment.
- Strong competence across HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels as an HR advisor.
- Experience driving HR initiatives and branch/internal projects.
