What you will do

• Drive services attach to product opportunities, positioning High Touch Services as standard solution components.
• Guide sales teams on the selection of appropriate services SKUs aligned to customer requirements and deployment scope.
• Develop custom Statements of Work (SoW), including scope definition, deliverables, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Build Work Breakdown Structures, effort estimates, and associated cost models for complex engagements.
• Contribute to RFIs and RFPs to ensure services components are accurate and competitive.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed services align with delivery capabilities and standards.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of related experience in Presales Solution Architecture, services solutioning, or consulting.
• Bachelors or MS degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of Aruba CX switching, wireless solutions, Aruba Central, SD-WAN (EdgeConnect), and ClearPass.
• Aruba certification at Associate level minimum (ACSA, ACSP, ACMP, ACCP, or equivalent), with Professional level preferred.
• Proven experience developing Statements of Work, effort estimates, and services cost models.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams in a global presales and delivery environment.
