Head of Industry Marketing (AI)

Location: Onsite in San Francisco

Salary: $195K – $235K + Equity

What you will do

• Define and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for priority industries, including ICP definitions and buyer personas.
• Develop core narratives and differentiated value propositions grounded in buyer pain and technical moats.
• Create sales enablement assets such as battlecards, industry primers, and discovery frameworks.
• Partner with Growth to execute ABM campaigns, field events, and customer stories.
• Coordinate between Product and Sales to translate new capabilities into vertical-specific value.
• Analyze customer, prospect, and competitor intelligence to sharpen positioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product or industry marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning and executing vertical or segment GTM strategies.
• Strong expertise in messaging strategy and developing crisp narratives for complex buyers.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams on multi-stakeholder deals.
• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous environments and create structured frameworks.
• Must be based in San Francisco (the company is an in-office organization).

• Experience marketing to complex, regulated industries.
• History of launching new vertical motions from scratch.
• Familiarity with the AI or CX technology landscape.
• Established analyst and press relationships within specific industries.
