What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers in the Store & Monetization domain through hiring and mentoring.
• Own the architecture of a cloud-native, low-latency, multi-service platform, defining APIs and event contracts.
• Act as a technical role model by contributing to critical paths and guiding architectural decisions through design and code reviews.
• Partner with Product and Design stakeholders to shape roadmaps and prioritize high-impact work.
• Drive execution by breaking down complex initiatives and improving engineering workflows as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or significant cross-service projects.
• 7+ years of experience building scalable backend systems, including APIs and data models.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud environments (preferably AWS).
• Experience with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), caching (e.g., Redis), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv.

• Experience with React.js or NextJS.
