What you will do

• Lead a team of backend and frontend engineers building the Live Debugger.
• Shape the technical roadmap and translate product goals into clear engineering plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, APM, Logs, and Developer Integrations groups.
• Coach engineers on technical decision-making, execution, and career growth.
• Maintain high standards for quality, simplicity, and reliability of customer-facing tools.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and optimize production system ownership.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineers and delivering high-quality software.
• Strong development skills in Go, Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience leading work across backend, frontend, and production systems.
• Product and startup mindset with a focus on practical customer solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and reviewing AI-generated output.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and design.
