What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, establishing a strong technical culture and efficient processes.
• Design and build scalable server-side systems, focusing on databases, workloads, and 3rd party SDK API integrations.
• Architect multi-agent systems, managing agent communication, context, and robust pipelines using Claude and other frontier LLMs.
• Analyze marketing attribution, funnel performance, and entity measurement to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Drive the transition toward Agentic Marketing, including autonomous campaign management and AI-generated SEO/AIO content.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering teams and leading complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong full-stack background (Node.js, React) with a heavy emphasis on server-side engineering, ETL, and APIs at scale.
• Experience with distributed messaging systems.
• Hands-on experience building production-ready agentic applications and LLM orchestration (strong advantage).
• Business-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and attribution.
• Location: Must be based in Tel-Aviv, Israel
