What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of product line development, from design and code review to production deployment and monitoring.
• Manage a distributed team of frontend and backend developers.
• Collaborate with product managers to define technical solutions and project timelines.
• Perform hands-on development for approximately 40% of the role.
• Recruit top talent to expand and strengthen the development team.
• Contribute to the overall engineering culture and development methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Java server-side development.
• At least 4 years of experience leading full-stack software teams of 5+ developers.
• Strong experience with relational databases and caching technologies (Redis, Memcache).
• Proven track record in performance tuning and system monitoring.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
