What you will do

  • Own and develop strategic relationships with a portfolio of key clients as their primary advocate.
  • Establish proactive communication rhythms including QBRs and executive alignment reviews.
  • Drive product adoption and long-term value by creating tailored success plans aligned with client ROI.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics to build resilience and trust across client organizations.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to relay client feedback and improve experience.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by aligning platform capabilities with evolving client needs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B client-facing experience, specifically within the gaming or mobile industries.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional, structured, and proactive communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to demonstrating value.
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and based in London.
