What you will do
- Own and develop strategic relationships with a portfolio of key clients as their primary advocate.
- Establish proactive communication rhythms including QBRs and executive alignment reviews.
- Drive product adoption and long-term value by creating tailored success plans aligned with client ROI.
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics to build resilience and trust across client organizations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to relay client feedback and improve experience.
- Identify expansion opportunities by aligning platform capabilities with evolving client needs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B client-facing experience, specifically within the gaming or mobile industries.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional, structured, and proactive communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to demonstrating value.
- Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and based in London.
