What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to key clients, maintaining executive-level relationships.
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven influencer marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
- Oversee high-value campaigns, managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Optimize performance marketing strategies by leveraging analytics and insights to improve results.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional direction to account teams.
- Identify organic and new business opportunities to contribute to agency growth and profitability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a senior client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Significant expertise in performance marketing with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
- Comprehensive understanding of influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams in high-pressure environments.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
